NMAST believes that participation in our professional organization. Is one of the best ways to have a voice and be recognized as an important and equal entity in the surgical setting. Another is providing scholarships for our students. 

We started this scholarship to help students. It is easy and Fun. All you have to do is be enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technoloist program. 200 word essay on why we should choose you. And a letter of recommendation from instructor and or director. You can win first prize $500, second prize $250 Third $100. 

All entries need to be summitted by December 31 every year
